First u have to open "command Prompt" which is same as terminal in Linux..
next,u type 'netsh' in there....netsh means net show...it is just like cmd but it has designated for networking..:)
and then type 'interface'
next type 'ipv4' and 'set address'
if u don't understand,u can type netsh interface ipv4 set address...
and Windows will show u an example...3:)
Finally,u can set ip with command..Revolution to GUI Guys...
