This Time i Would Like To share about
"Shutdown remotely to a local computer Although u don't know the IP address In Net cafe".
Remotely shutting down the computers in LAN can be made because of the games.
Most turn of firewall to access dota or some other games.
So,that's your chances.
First Go to Network Place and Copy the Name of Computer That U want to Shutdown.
Open both CMD and Powershell ,and type "get-help test-connection -examples" in Powershell and follow the description .
And Then shutdown the remote computer...;)
